I like only two of the alternatives which were well stated by the perfesser

1. My favorite - Stay put (payup and no ground floor rework)

2. The only other decent alternative which I like - use the perfessers domain and move the works -probably for the last time and forever.

Someone will have to belly up to the bar and torment themselves in the setup and webmastering. (I got $36.00/ year that says it ain't gonna be me).
