A variety of sources are available.. Reactor physics handbooks often have abridged tables.

is a possibility for experimental data..

CINDA is great site... interactively generates plots or tables of cross sections for various reactions. You'll have to go through a few menus and figure out the interface, but once you are done, it's pretty slick..
