No doubt. Consider the designers of the pulse capacitor may be concerned with a low-pass design, with a high frequency cut off of hundreds of megahertz.

What I propose is optimizing the all-important mechanical/acoustic properties to match the pulse characteristic you want for your fusor. In this case, you don't need an over-designed device.
