Found this document while searching for information on Willis HIVOLT power supplies. It contains very useful and detailed information on all the essential subsystems of a fusor - which makes sense, since it is about repairing and upgrading commercial neutron sources. An excellent reference, IMO. Every newbie would do well to read the whole thing.
