Peter Hagelstein talk 2017 worth a look. D2 fusion

This forum is for other possible methods for fusion such as Sonolumenescense, Cold Fusion, CANR/LENR or accelerator fusion. It should contain all theory, discussions and even construction and URLs related to "other than fusor, fusion".

Peter Hagelstein talk 2017 worth a look. D2 fusion

Post by Richard Hull »

Cold fusion? Hagelstein is still in the biz and is looking at non-radiative fusion via a series of vibrational step downs in the Terahertz range in deuterium. I found it interesting. There are excess returns by those looking into this effort. Power fusion? No, but interesting results that look easier than the stupidity of muon catalyzed fusion. No need for those 100mev muons that you can't get your hands on.

X-ray and laser terahertz excitation seems an interesting path.

Fusion is the energy of the future....and it always will be
The more complex the idea put forward by the poor amateur, the more likely it will never see embodiment
