It is as it has been unless others are having an issue. It is one of the forums that you need to be logged in to see.

My mistake.
After the migration, I was pleased to see Active Topics accessible to the unlogged masses. Hoping it stays that way.
Had failed to notice that NUCA forum was _not_ so accessible. That's fine as far as I'm concerned.
