new registration fails

I see we have seabird007 having just registered
tis about time these just get deleted before htey cause trouble -can not read -we do not need you here

I was not going to delete the account because the registration process does not require you to use your name as your ID. It just says you have to use your real name on the board.

Considering the individual that this thread was directed at never actually posted, I think we are starting the gun. Guilty by accusation of possible intent is what happens in Washington DC these days, not on here.

I will modify the registration field ( it did not come over properly from the old site) to require real name as the user ID. Still, I would wait for the offense to occur during posting rather than us having to review every last person that registers but may never post.

Probably a good idea. Spank 'em at their first posting in front of everyone. Seems to work very well in the past. So many adore their cleverly conceived "handles" while eschewing their given names. Sad state of affairs.
