It has long been our policy not to give advice or assistance in any manner to anyone applying to this site for information on their personal attempt to manufacture a radioisotope neutron source!!
It is against NRC regulations to assemble such a source and we do not condone the activity. Our neutron source is our fusors which do not involve the handling of long lived radioisotopes.
Please refer such inquires to self-directed learning via the library where such available literature can be found.
Tell such people as may inquire that we do not assist in such activities here.
I will create a FAQ on this in the neutron and radiation detection forum. (not for a minute do I believe it will make a difference) So few read the FAQs.
