I find this is an excellent reference if you are working with lathes, drills, welding equipment, etc. My copy is old (80s) but it still has a lot of valuable information. I'd be interested in hearing if their are any newer editions available or other references that are of the same type with updated information.

My copy is older ... that was my text for Industrial Engineering at Virginia Tech. Excellent, and broad ranging in the topics it covers. Over the years, it is the book that has most frequently and for the greatest lengths of time, wandered off to somebody else's desk.
