Fake bearings in turbo pumps ?

Fake bearings in turbo pumps ?

This is just down the road from me, and they had a recent failure incident, apparently tracked down to a turbo pump.

Anyone hazard a guess as to what went wrong ?

I wonder if the pump had below specification bearings fitted, as I hear this is an increasing issue with supply chains.
