Joe thanks for posting this most excellent paper.
I am positive that either I or someone else posted this in the distant past as I found it in my hard drive within my burgeoning "Radstuff" folder.
Long lost and buried in the detritus, now......, but no longer.
I will place it in a FAQ in the radiation forum to warrant that it is available at two places in the forums.
