OK, so we can (maybe) store the hydrogen now. I'm still not sure where/how we're going to GET the hydrogen in the first place. (Only processes that don't require more energy than the resulting hydrogen can produce need apply)

Exactly what I stated in the last paragraph of the original post of this thread.

The key is getting the hydrogen on an energy efficient basis. Can't be done yet. But I figure a chemical problem is going to be easier to solve than the fusion one.
