Greetings,
I was looking through a few books given to me by Dr. Andrew Kadak and came across a funny signature on the second page of "Space Nuclear Power," by Joseph A. Angelo and David Buden. Here's a picture

It sort of looks like "M. Matias Sanchez," but I haven't been able to find anyone by that name.
Seeing as Dr. Kadak met quite a few important people in the nuclear world during his time, I was curious if anyone knew who the signature might belong to. Thank you.
