Veeco 2" Diffusion Pump Flange?

Hello,

Ive got myself a veeco EP-2A-1 diffusion pump. Wondering if anyone has a custom flange for this unit that they are not using as it seems I can only get a custom fabricated flange to adapt the pump to a standard flange....

O ring = 2.3" Diameter
OD = 3.5"
BCD = 3"
ID = 2"
4 Bolts

Or any help pointing me in any direction to find something that will work.....
