Hello all. i've been lurking and reading posts on here for some time now and procrastinating about getting involved.
I have a degree in Chemistry, and also one in Engineering design, i'm generally quite enthusiastic about most aspects of science and i like thinking about the big problems that need to be solved, fusion obviously being quite a major one.

Welcome Mike. You will learn a lot about fusion here if you read the forums related to it that are to be found here. One need not build a fusor to grasp why there is no power fusion today.
