I did not remove it (the button). In future let some of the admins know if you wish to do a FAQ and maybe they will put the button back for you. I had no idea that they deleted the button for others to make FAQs. I suppose it was out of an abundance of caution to keep the FAQs safe from idiot FAQs appearing.
