With all due respect, John, this is just a scraper, a kind of Web spam:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scraper_site

These kinds of sites simply enter your search term (e.g. "magnetron") into Google, Yahoo, etc. and feed you the results along with all kinds of ads, popups, malware, extraneous links, etc.

If a web search for "magnetron" provided you a specific, legitimate, helpful link, you should just go ahead and post said link directly.
