The following link shows the damage caused by different nukes when detonated at your selected location. I don't know how accurate this is. But I find it amazing that you can find this on the web.

That's a good link for learning about the damage and fallout from a nuke. However if you are serious about surviving a nuclear blast you really want a downloadable app for storing on your EMP protected laptop. This way when the big one hits, and the web is knocked out, you can deteremine whether you should flee or shelter in place. Such a downloadable executable is available from the front page of the AlphaRubicon site,:

Though from where I live in Northern Virginia I figure if I have to flee I'll just sit in the worst traffic jam in history. Maybe if I'm lucky I'll get to Manassas before everyone runs out of gas and gridlocks all the roads.
