This book by Snell, 1962, is a treasure trove of good, hard to locate data. No one should be without it who uses nuclear instrumentation. While quite dated, it gives a lot of data and work arounds no longer presented and the usual details that modern authors sometimes omit as being archaic.

I found the precise methodology and a full biasing circuit diagram for using my Lindemann electrometer!! Prior to this I have only seen this instrument treated half way in Strong's laboratory procedures book. This book gave a complete expose' on this cool instrument.

A must for a complete nuke instrument specialist's library. Be prepared to shell out about 20 bucks or more + shipping for a nice used example.
