Help - Missing Pages in Project Sherwood 1958

Hello fellow Fusioneer's.
I purchased the book, Project Sherwood by Bishop 1958 on the eBay.
Turns out the book is missing the pages 9, 10, 11, 12.
Could someone please scan the pages and post them here or email them to me. I would greatly appreciate it.
