Could somebody point me to some good books on high voltage circuit techniques? By techniques I mean safety, design, testing, measurement, etc.

There is a book put out by Tab called High Power Electronics. It's a compendium of stuff by experts in the field on high power switching and high voltage technique, with a lot of practical details. I got my copy when I was a member of a technical book club in the early 90's. I haven't seen it in the used market yet. I would guess that anyone that has a copy hangs on to it for dear life...
