-The Neutron Story
Donald J. Hughes,
1959,
Doubleday Anchor Books
157 Pages

I picked this book up for 50 cents the other day while browsing through the science section at this really weird book shop. It describes the story of the neutron's conception up to 1959. It's meant as a book for the average Joe, so don't expect any math.

This one is part of the Science Study Series, so it would make a nice addition next to "Accelerators: Machines of Nuclear Physics", since they are part of the same series.

Would recommend for the newbie.
