I got this transformer from a former fusor enthusiast. Numbers on it are 5004, PN 233-0607-1, SN 82401. I don't know anything more than that.

Looks like it could be a HV-isolated filament transformer.
What's the resistance between the two brass terminals on top? Does the red insulated part have any other terminals?
