Manual for the Pfeiffer TCP040 Controller and Turbo Pump (With jumpers and some repair specs)

This is the only manual Pfeiffer has for the TCP040 controller; this one has a 12 connector bus; some have a 20 connector bus and they do not know if this manual applies (I would think not but that is opinon.) This is a fairly big file 2.86 Mb
