This is to be a study of the Joe Zambelli effort that remains one of the finest looking amateur devices ever produced. These images are supplied by Joe to me as well as being some I took when I visited him in November 2001 at his home in Phillipi, WV.

These are so incredible and show the level to which he was involved in the hands-on.

The results speak for themselves in these images. I can add but little else.

Joe did all of the work in the construction images in a small outside 10X10 tool shed. He manufadctured his own TIG welder! He used a common circle cutter to cut the port holes!
