So after a lot of fiddling I got some plasma. It looks super cool and is just going to get better.

I have current leaking all over the place, but hopefully I will be able to fix that in the next few days. I have current metering up, and should get voltage and pressure soon.

Thank to everyone here who has helped me get this far.

It looks like your pressure is way too high. I would guess near 300 microns. Certainly no where near even 100 microns, based on the photos. Good luck on getting that pressure much lower. A good gauge is important.
