tesla coil and z-pinch?

This forum is for other possible methods for fusion such as Sonolumenescense, Cold Fusion, CANR/LENR or accelerator fusion. It should contain all theory, discussions and even construction and URLs related to "other than fusor, fusion".

tesla coil and z-pinch?

Post by chrisforpower »

I have read a tesla coil produces a z-pinch, and the plasma from one is fairly stable. Yet I have not been able to find any references to this on the forms. I am wondering why no one has brought up the subject before.

Do you need advice on using the 'search' function?

There are two steps you would need to take to search for posts on pinches: Click on 'search' and enter 'pinch'...I hope that helps.

(Isn't it so terribly confusing when you want to search for something and all the web page gives you is a link that says 'search'. There should be some instructions that say to click on 'search' if you want to do a search. Of course, then you might need some instructions to click on the 'instructions' link so that you can read the instructions to click on the 'search' button. But I suppose then you'd need a link to 'instructions to use the instructions' link...etc...)

Let us know how you get on!!.....

Better still, read all the threads that come up, and then summarise what you read, here, in a 400 to 500 word report, before posting further on the topic. That way, you'll be helping keep all the threads on pinches joined up in your discussion.

I suggest you may like to consider making specific reference to the exemplar amateur pinch experiments by Thomas Rapp, in your report;
