I have funds for my own inertial electrolitic reactor, but the sponsor would like have an institutional institution evaluation for fusion achievement.
PLEASE do anybody know the right person to help me?
It is very important due it is very dificult in my country to find an exponsor to any project

What country are you in?
Have you talked with any of the local university professors?
You could probably have someone from the states validate it for you. BTI has great detectors, they might do some consulting if you pay enough.

I live in Spain. My country belong to ITER consortium.
The spanish institutions are working in magnetic confinement, then the only university departments working in inertial confinement they are related to neutron shielding where is my project now.
We would prefer an university working with Sandia labs or directly Sandia. In Japan there is also inetrtial, isnt it?
