Quite many (technical) universities have a springer ebook licence, then it is free to download for staff and students.

You need to improve your searching skills.

I typed in 'miley book' in the search engine and the next 4 posts listed after yours showed the same book.

No prob. I can understand a reluctance to use the php search function, it is pretty useless and often misses the most relevant posts. But do try it at least... sometimes it works!!

I have this book and I would highly recommend it.
