Such newbs as you posit will just have a lot to learn.

Apparently they will have to learn it the way I and some others here have.........the hard way........they "earn" their knowledge and in so doing, genuinely possess it at a core level far beyond wrote learning or being spoon fed.

We can only do so much for the newbies be they weak or strong.
