Somewhat OT: Hydrogen collection

It may be difficult to separate "theory" from "application," but let''s see if this helps facilitate the discussion.

Somewhat OT: Hydrogen collection

Post by windex »

I have a small electrolysis device for splitting oxygen and hydrogen from water. It's rather inefficent on the scale of such machines and the hydrogen collection/storage method (vaccum based) is somewhat power hungry. Overall, the device takes a long while to produce useful ammounts of collected hydrogen.

Does anyone happen to have a design for a highly efficent electrolysis device they wouldn't mind sharing? Mabye a link to such a device?

Thanks.

Justin
