The Missile Defense Agency just put out their Fall 2007

On page five and eleven is "Material Stops Cosmic Rays" that covers
Hybrid Plastics's NeuSheild IC caps. Which are plastic "shields" to
put over things like memory chips and CPU's et.al.

They have the NeuSheild material in several formats: Plastic caps,
glue sticks, Duct Tape, and Mascara (Sun Screen). The Duct Tape
is meant for Wiring Harnesses etc.
