Bubble Detector in Action / 45sec Video

Decided to make a video of the fusor generating bubbles in my last operational BTI dosimeter. The run was around 3 minutes and the distance was about 13cm from the inner grid. Recording speed at 3x making the video about 45 seconds long.

No attempt at any accuracy here. It’s just closeup video exemplar of a BTI making bubbles.

Mark,

Love your video. You should place your microphone right next to the detector... if there’s not too much background noise we’d be able to hear the bubbles “pop” into existence.

That would be cool! Unfortunately the replacement motor on the 1402 is a noisy beast. Still a lot quieter than the Yellowjacket but not quiet enough to her the bubbles pop into existence.
