Metal Ceramic seals

R.Hull posted earlier about Magnetron Ceramic Metal seals as a good source. Richard will you please describe the recover method used to get them and how best to re-use these recovered seals. --- Does anyone know of a good source of ceramic ( Alumina ) tubes of various sizes and lengths. Ideally stock items.
