Pulsar Power Supply?

Has anyone heard of a "Pulsar FPV" HVPS? I stumbled across this on ebay and I've found next to no information on it other than what is in the advertizement. It appears to be 60kV, but doesn't seem to list a current rating.

Forget this item. It is just a controller and not a supply. Pretty much worth about $10.00 for junk parts, maybe.
