Basic power supply questions

Post by 1.618 »

I am trying to work on my power supply. Is the output for the power supply AC or DC? What is a good output voltage and amperage for fusion?

Thanks
Charlie

You need DC, although you may be able to rectify AC.

20 to 40 kV and around 20 to 50 milliamps seems to be adequate for most people to start with.
