Very Cheap Precipitator Power Supply

Post by DanOlley »

Found this ridiculously cheap precipitator power supply on ebay, unlike the more expensive supply I've seen used and tested on these forums before. Thinking about ordering it and testing it out... Any opinions on it?

Oop! Must rephrase: This particular precipitator power supply seems slightly different to the rest, perhaps I should order it before I say anything that makes me bite my tongue.

If your referring to the absence of integrated circuits on the 60kV unit, I can almost assure you that you'll receive the one with integrated circuits. If not, you'll be the first.
Otherwise, they look exactly like the same ones I and others have been using.
