Inficon MAG500 variants

I've scored an apparently unused Inficon MAG500 inverted magnetron vacuum gauge, but am having trouble finding the data for it. The model number is 3MA0-006-000X, I can find data on 3MA0-006-006-000N /P /Q, but not the X variant. Has anyone come across this variant of the MAG500 sensor? I will be building the readout system based on Nic Peskosky's idea, so knowing the scale factor will be crucial.
