Vacuum kit suggestions

Hi I was trying to make fusion in my school and they gave me a 400-500 euro budget for all the vacuum equipment.
My initial aim is Just to make plasma.
They told not to use DIY solutions for the vacuum so I was searching something on eBay.

This is the vacuum pump that I found in another post on this forum.
And this is the vacuum chamber I've found

I don't know if the included vacuum gauge is good enough for my aim.
Could you give me some advices and tell me what do you think of this parts?

The two stage vacuum pump looks OK. However, the vacuum gauge is not good for the vacuum needed for even a demo fusor.

Would this pump also be fine to make fusion or only for a demo?

Pretty much demo only. A diffusion or turbo pump is needed after the mechanical pump to warrant a low enough vacuum to allow a significantly pure deuterium gas environment.

I've read some of the FAQs about vacuum chambers and I think that I'll be making a conflat chamber.
Is there any difference between using a cross or a tee of 2.75"OD?

A "Tee" is generally a three-way and a "Cross" is generally a four way; the difference for fusors is the number of available "ports". One can use either but having extra access ports can be very useful (but does add cost for flanges.) Since fusor's tend to be moderate in vacuum requirements (10^-5 torr is fine), I use o-ring ports to reduce costs and allow me to more easily modify my flanges.

I am currently collecting parts for a new fusor and I have a four-way cross of 2.75 inch diameter. Apparently, these small "chambers" (a "T" or cross) with their sharp corners relax's power supply requirements - low 20 kV appears sufficient for measurable fusion using moderate detector equipment.
