Re: T-T Fusion in a radioluminescence tube.

I will carefully read those documents and also inform myself of any other restrictions present in Spain. It had never crossed my mind the (i)legality of my actions, but not knowing about the law does not excuse one for breaking it.

Re: T-T Fusion in a radioluminescence tube.

John /Richard: Could you point me somewhere I could consult those rules? I was completely oblivious of it's existence, and the Americium example you provide is quite shocking, mainly because I see it commonly on the Internet in very popular/good reputation sources (for example, this spanish web page...

Re: T-T Fusion in a radioluminescence tube.

Something that bothers me greatly about the video is the high voltage system, since no metering is done and no data presented. Furthermore, If I remember correctly from the cross section chart of the T-T reaction, extremely high voltages would be needed. Those voltages are not present, I would think...

Re: Measuring Vaccum with electrical discharge

Books are not made like this anymore....
I bet a new book would provide a reference to some obscure paper containing this data without actually posting it and assuming the reader can access it...
Thanks for posting it!

Richard:
You are correct. I did it by impulse from other forums, sorry. I will not make the same mistake again.

Re: Measuring Vaccum with electrical discharge

Cai Its the weekend here now and I left the book at work where the wonderful photocopier that copies to PDF is i'll try to do it on Monday for you Obviously, there is no rush whatsoever. Thank you very much! I have been searching info on this type of vacuum gauge for about a month with very little ...

Re: Measuring Vaccum with electrical discharge

Nice reference, John. The old original ones are often the best. Do you have the title and author of the whole document? Rex: "Manual of Vacuum Practice", by L.H Martin. I found it in Amazon. If everything goes well, I will order one soon: https://www.amazon.com/Manual-Vacuum-Practice-Hill-Martin/dp...

Re: Institutional Quackery

¿Is this for serious?
I mean, it's the IEEE.
¿Could it really be fake, and still be published in such a presigious institution?

Re: Overview of D-D and D-T Fusion Detectors

Tritium itself is extremely expensive, aside from being radioactive, as others here have mentioned. Any type of metallurgy with this material is WAY beyond amateur experience; doing any type of "alloy" with Paladium and Tritium can be regarded only as a dream. Furthermore, there is a reason why lite...

Re: Frequency effect in the operation of a MOT.

Hello: I am making this post to present a conclusion in the brief empirical study that I tried to conduct regarding the effects that different frequencies had in the operation of a MOT, hoping that it could be useful to any demo fusioneers making the necessary Power Supply. The conclusion reached is...
