Leaded glass view ports and add on lead glass disks are available. But it will cost about $100.00 more, so a standard viewport and a CCD camera is the least expensive alternative.

Spec for the power supply is 100 KV maximum, typical operation is 75KV @ 12 mA

This experiment made no attempt to produce fusion that I can see, it just proves the confinement principle. But I'm glad to see that something has been published.

I've been doing some spice modeling of voltage multipliers, and a four stage multiplier with 1000 pf capacitors will give 45 KV at 17 MA with 100 KHz 13.5 KV peak to peak input. There is 1.75 KV of ripple at this load, but I don't think that is critical for a fusor. The capacitors in the photo would...
