Re: Deuterium Generator

I'm trying to figure out exactly how this would be used. What prevents the water from being pulled all the way up the tube and into the chamber then bleeding the whole chamber to the atmosphere? I can't seem to find anything that explains what would keep the water down in the cell.

Re: Vacuum Chamber Purchase/Size

Where did you get your flanges for $50 a piece? Best I can find is $121, which is what your word document says on your documentation page. Was the $50 a typo in the post or is there a cheaper source?

Vacuum Configuration

<r>I have been researching vacuum configurations online and have seen sites that say you simply hook roughing pump to diffusion foreline, and then the diffusion pump to the chamber. <br/> <br/> Then I found reference to a configuration like this one: <URL url="http://privatewww.essex.ac.uk/~bolat/ee...

Re: Deuterium System

I can't seem to find any specs on what the output of the regulator is. I'm assuming it's just a male NPT by standards? Do you know?

Re: Grids and Power

<t>ok, that makes sense however won't the electrons flow out rather than in? Since they flow from negative to positive and you have the positive ground on the outside, won't the flow out? I thought the whole basis of this device was that the electrons are shooting towards the center creating pressur...

Grids and Power

<t>I'm trying to figure out exactly how the configuration of the grids works. I attached a picture of what I thought would be how it's done, however the thing is it seems like the electron flow would go straight out to the chassis and not the center. <br/> <br/> Also, it would require two pass-throu...

Re: Cheap First-Time Pump

I was under the impression that fusion only requires a vacuum of 5-10 microns, and a 1400 welch should hit 1 micron max (unless my math was flawed). Wouldn't it be more than enough for this? Or is my 5-10 requirement not correct

Re: Cheap First-Time Pump

I want to do actual fusion, not demo. This means I will need more than a 1400 welch?
