Book on IEC fusion

It may be difficult to separate "theory" from "application," but let''s see if this helps facilitate the discussion.

Book on IEC fusion

Post by Benedikt Peters » Fri Sep 19, 2014 12:09 pm

This year a new book about IEC fusion came out:

Inertial Electrostatic Confinement (IEC) Fusion
by Miley, George H., Murali, S. Krupakar

More Info: https://www.springer.com/engineering/en ... 614-9337-2

Quite many (technical) universities have a springer ebook licence, then it is free to download for staff and students.

You need to improve your searching skills.

I typed in 'miley book' in the search engine and the next 4 posts listed after yours showed the same book.

No prob. I can understand a reluctance to use the php search function, it is pretty useless and often misses the most relevant posts. But do try it at least... sometimes it works!!

I have this book and I would highly recommend it.
It would take decades of work, by thousands of scientists, in a particle accelerator powered by dump trucks of flaming grant money! - Professor Farnsworth/FUTURAMA
