I for one like the ability to edit --this was taken away from all of us for quite a while because of miss use

for a demo fusor you can use a positive supply just as some use an AC supply ie neon transformer with no diodes

The slewing of the spectra for the NaTl seem to be either too much dead time ie MCA not ready for next pulse or a damaged NaTl scintillator

I check sometime next week on the one i use (ortec 2"x2" Natl with a similar spectra

With your power supply the only point that x-rays can leave is through the view port. If the view port is covered with lead glass than then this escape route is closed. As to the production of tritiumin a fusor so little is made that it is almost impossible to measure with extremely sensitive equipm...

I suggest changing your gas to Argon and run at around 10kV or below to glow clean the interior of your fusor
and couple of hours of this in timed runs so as to not heat the chamber too much then change back to D2 and see what happens

You have the TMP150 why not ty and find a NT20 controller these are much more robust than the NT10 /NT13 as used for the tmp50. It is the bad design of the NT10 and NT13 that makes them extremely rare to find surplus as most have already blown up. That is why I designed a universal controller @ work...
